Nagitibba is one of the most famous treks of Uttarakhand, India. It is located 58 kilometres away from Mussoorie(the queen of the hills). It is at an altitude of 3020 meters. Nagtibba is also known for its highest peak in Lesser region of Himalaya in Uttrakhand.

The literal meaning of Nagtibba is a place or abode of the Snake God and there is a snake temple where people come to worship . Nag Tibba base has a beautiful temple and from here, the top is 2 km away. Nagtibba top offers a panoramic view of the Himalayas. You can see entire Bandarpoonch ranges of Great Indian Himalayas towards the Yumnotri side.

Naag Tibba can be visited throughout the year but the best time to visit is in the month of January when you can have a clear view of surrounding peaks and the path is covered with pristine snow.

You can reach there by road from Dehradoon. Basically, there are three ways to reach to Nagitibba. First is from Dewalsari, second is from Pantwari, and the third one is from Srikot. If you want to come through Dewalsari, you have to take permission from Dehradun forest department. Nag Tibba top trek takes 4-5 hours from this side. From Sirkot, Nag Tibba is a mere walking of 5 kilometres. Pantwari is one of the most popular options amongst trekkers. This trek is classified as easy to moderate level.

We start our journey at 6 Am in the morning after the briefing. We will reach there at Mussoorie at 7 a.m. and we will give one hour time to our trekers to enjoy there and explore the place. Our journey will also take a break at Kampty fall, where people can enjoy there in waterfall and can take a bath too.

Approximately at 12 pm we will start our trek journey from pathwary village to nagtibba base camp, it takes approx 4 hour from pathwary to nagtibba base camp. In our jorney to nagtibba we can experience the crunch sound when our foot grinds the dry leaves and some smoothing sounds and there we can see a beautiful path in mid way merging in the woods which will later give us a way out to our base camp.
